For the past few months I’ve really been trying to get in shape for summer. I started with really trying to get a V-taper to my torso, and that’s starting to work out pretty well. I started working out my abs, and found a great ab workout for a six pack. But that only does so much. I needed to get bigger shoulders. About six weeks ago, I started trying to build more massive shoulders. I found some of the best shoulder exercises for building mass, and have added a lot of inches. This really started with learning how to shoulder press more weight.
